Besides the standard operation in which we work as an exporter and maintain a buy-sell relationship with customers, we are flexible in other modes of co-operation.

We work as your OEM supplier or sub-contractor

If you have your own brand(s) and would like to work with someone to implement your design ideas, then we could be your ideal partner. All the phases from factory matching, sample development, logo customization, packaging specification, quality inspection to shipment logistics can be seamlessly integrated under one roof, allowing you to concentrate on design and marketing.

We work as your buying agent

Under this we have a working relationship with you as partners and will work together in the following areas:

  • proposing a sourcing strategy – e.g. which area to start with, and where to source your products from.   We will arrange business trips for fair visits and meetings in factories.
  • screening of factories, placing of orders on-site
  • monitoring and execution of the complete procurement process, from price negotiation to quality inspection before shipment.

All these could be done on the basis of an agency agreement under which we charge for our service according to a commission scheme.
